Shipping Policy – Now Artist Supplies

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location)

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak periods or due to external factors outside our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Providers

We primarily use Australia Post, Sendle, and other reputable couriers. The choice of courier may vary depending on your location and package size.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Customs, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@nowartistsupplies.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
